Portable Building Warranty
At Allen Portable Buildings, Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality structures backed by dependable warranties. Below is an outline of the warranties we offer:
Lifetime Warranty
- Pressure-treated lumber is covered against decay for the life of the building.
5-Year Warranty
- Covers defective materials or improper installation/workmanship on new sheds, barns, and cabins for five (5) years from the date of delivery.
60-Day Warranty
- Applies to previously owned or repo sheds, barns, and cabins, covering defective materials or improper installation/workmanship for 60 days from the date of delivery.
Warranty Limitations
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Extreme weather or "Acts of God" (e.g., tornadoes, lightning, hail, floods, etc.)
- Improper use or maintenance
- Damage from chemicals or noxious substances
- Modifications made by the customer or third parties
Additional Notes
- Building materials such as metal roofing, shingles, treated lumber, and siding are covered under their respective manufacturer's warranties.
- We strongly recommend that customers purchase an insurance policy to protect their building against natural disasters or unforeseen events.
- In the absence of insurance coverage, customers remain financially responsible for any damages to the building, regardless of the cause.
