Allen Portable Buildings is pleased to offer 3 new ways for you to access your account information and pay online at your convenience.

  • Click on the Pay Online button below.
  • Go to this URL: portable.twa.rentmanager.com
  • Download the rmResident app on Android or iPhone and use the company code "portable" when prompted.


Once you have opened one of the options above follow these steps to create an account.

  1. Click "Pay Online" Tab
  2. On the Tenant Web Access screen, click Sign up.
  3. Enter your account number: [Account Number]
  4. Enter your email address on file: [Contact Email]
  5. Click “Sign up” button, then check your email to verify your account.

Additional Details

While logged into Tenant Web Access, click the tabs at the top of the page to:

  • View your open charges
  • Display your transaction history
  • Make a payment
  • Change your password

Convenience fees apply if you call in to make a payment:

  • ACH "eCheck" payments are free.
  • Credit/Debit Cards 4% per transaction

Pay from our new customer portal and all convenience fees are waived. Make one-time payments or setup "AutoPay" from the customer portal.
